McKinsey & Company completed the preparation of a five-year strategy for the nationalized PrivatBank. The Finance Ministry must approve it, and then PrivatBank's business model will change. Ex-head of the Agency for Banking Supervision of Turkey Engin Akçakoca, who now heads the supervisory board of PrivatBank and advises the EBRD, together with the National Bank developed a draft law of Ukrainian companies for managing distressed assets.
