Рахунки усіх банків об’єднають в одному мобільному застосунку
Відкриття банками своїх API для інших надавачів платіжних послуг дозволить в одному мобільному застосунку користуватися картками різних банків.
Про це розповіли учасники круглого столу «Які перспективи відкриває для банків і фінкомпаній закон про платіжні послуги», проведеного «Фінансовим клубом».
«Завдяки запровадженню відкритого банкінгу зміняться самі принципи доступу до розрахунків. Клієнт відв’яжеться від конкретного банку, де відкрито рахунок, та його мобільного застосунку. Буде зовсім інше поле для конкуренції, – зазначила виконавча директорка Незалежної асоціації банків України Олена Коробкова. – І одна з найважливіших фішок відкритого банкінгу в тому, що ініціювати платіж з певного рахунку буде можливо за допомогою іншого надавача платіжних послуг та емітованих ним платіжних засобів».
Концепція відкритого банкінгу передбачає, що надавачі платіжних послуг відкриють свої API для інших надавачів платіжних послуг та нададуть можливість підключатися до інтерфейсів банківських сервісів. «Банк відповідає за зберігання грошей на рахунку, і роль банку не змінюється. Зміниться частково клієнтський досвід, оскільки він користувався мобільним застосунком одного банку, а зможе користуватися мобільним застосунком якоїсь фінансової компанії, в якому буде додано його картку і буде можливість переглядати свій рахунок і робити платежі», – розповів член правління з розвитку роздрібного бізнесу ОТП Банку Олег Клименко.
Клієнти банків зможуть обрати найзручніший застосунок, а інші видалити зі смартфону. «Банк, який зможе налагодити найбільш зручний застосунок, вийде першим і агресивно запропонує його своїм клієнтам, зможе зробити так, що у клієнта всі картки та рахунки у банках будуть у застосунку цього банку, який буде найзручнішим для клієнтів. Це приклад відомий: в Британії HSBC в 2018 році першим запропонував такий застосунок, і всіх клієнтів з інших банків “зробили своїми”», – розповів заступник голови правління Банку Форвард Андрій Прусов.
В НБУ пояснили, як це буде працювати на практиці. «Відкритий банкінг про те, що розривається комплект послуги «надавач послуги по веденню рахунку» і «надання послуги каналу для ініціювання операції». Клієнт має право звернутися до відповідних платіжних установ, які будуть мати право на цей тип операції, і використати їх більш зручний застосунок, щоб ініціювати операцію по рахунку, відкритому в іншому банку. Клієнт зможе обирати послуги: тут я веду рахунок, але використовую канали доступу до цього банку більш зручні», – розповів директор департаменту платіжних систем та інноваційного розвитку НБУ Андрій Поддєрьогін.
Найактивніші клієнти одразу скористаються новими можливостями. «Частина клієнтів буде активно користуватися цими послугами, а частина – ні, не буде. Але це нові можливості, і ринок буде трансформуватися. На ринку будуть з’являтися партнерські угоди, об’єднання, які будуть за принципом відкритого банкінгу виходити за межі того, що зобов’язує закон», – впевнений Андрій Поддєрьогін.
Він запевняє, що платити більше споживачам не доведеться. «Обслуговуючий банк не має права тарифікувати операції клієнта за рахунком, в залежності від каналу, яким надійшло розпорядження – чи через сам банк, чи через надавача платіжних послуг», – сказав Андрій Поддєрьогін.
Від об’єднання карток різних банків в одному застосунку виграють позичальники. «Кредитний клієнт зацікавлений в тому, щоб контролювати свої рахунки, витрати. Нашим клієнтам це складно робити, якщо в них різні застосунки, різні продукти в різних системах. Їм було б простіше, якщо б вони бачили всі свої рахунки в одному місці. І з боку банку ми б тоді надали їм можливість контролювати це краще. Це позначиться на тому, що не буде прострочок платежів, зайвих штрафів, які клієнти зараз сплачують через те, що не змогли завчасно спланувати свої витрати», – впевнений Андрій Прусов.
